This incident has been resolved. It was discovered that only agented peering was experiencing issues - browser-based peering was unaffected by this issue.

Identified

It was discovered that browser-based peering was unaffected, only agented peering. We have identified an issue with our backend database service provider and are working with them to resolve the issue.
